Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you bill in quarter hours?
We have been in the removal industry for a very long time and we have found in our experience that charging by the quarter hour is the fairest and most effective method to charge for your local move.
All written quoted removals do not change in price so you have the piece of mind that your invoice on the day will be as quoted
What is the call out charge?
This is to cover the time taken to get to and from your pickup and delivery locations. It covers the time and fuel expenses and is added to the end of the job. Armstrong Removals does not penalise customers with 'depot to depot' charges for local removals, only a fair capped call out charge depending on your locations. Area Call out charge Metro Sunshine Coast 1/2 hour Outer Sunshine Coast 1 hour. The call out time is billed at the given hourly rate of your job.
Removals away from the Sunshine Coast on hourly rate are charged depot to depot.
All country, intrastate and interstate are charged as per quote and no call out charge is added.

Our team of experienced removalists are experts in listening to your requirements and asking the questions you did not think about.
