What is the call-out charge?

The call-out charge is applied to cover the time and fuel costs incurred for travelling to your pickup and set-down locations. This charge is appended at the end of the job. At Armstrong Removals, we steer clear of imposing harsh ‘base-to-base’ charges; instead, we adhere to fair capped call-out charges based on your locations. The charges are as follows:

Metro Sunshine Coast: 1/2 hour
Outer Sunshine Coast: 1 hour
Country / Intrastate: POA (Price on Application) – kindly consult with your Customer Service Manager
Interstate: POA – kindly consult with your Customer Service Manager

The call-out time is billed at the hourly rate specified for your job, ensuring transparency and fairness in pricing.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

We prioritise your service by reserving a slot for you once your job is booked. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, we request you notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked move time will incur a two-hour cancellation fee, while cancellations on the day of the move will attract a four-hour cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue to provide prompt service to all clients. If you wish to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new moving date based on our availability. Please reach out to our Customer Service Manager for more information or to make any alterations to your booking.
